Vendor, Food Truck & Church Participation Guidelines

By registering, all vendors, food trucks, and participating organizations agree to the following rules and responsibilities:

Vendor Responsibilities (What You Provide)

Setup & Equipment

  • Check in and Setup Begins at 7:00am and complete setup no later than 8:30am.
  • Vendors are responsible for supplying their own setup, including:
    • 10×10 tent
    • Tables, chairs, table coverings, and display materials
  • All displays must remain within the assigned space.

Weather & Safety

  • Tent weights or sandbags are required (stakes are not permitted on asphalt).
  • Vendors are responsible for securing all tents, signage, and displays safely at all times.

Sales & Transactions

  • Vendors must manage all sales independently, including:
    • Cash and/or POS systems
    • Providing change
    • Collecting and remitting all applicable local and state sales taxes

Trash & Clean-Up

  • Vendors must remove all trash generated by their booth and leave their space clean and damage-free.

Attendance & Hours

  • Event Hours are 9am to 3pm.
  • Booths must be staffed during the entire event.
  • Early teardown is not permitted approval from event staff.

Electricity

  • Electrical power is limited on site.
  • If you require electricity to run your booth/tent then please bring your own generator.  There will be no electricity provided by the ISD property. 

Teardown Times

  • Even times are from 9am to 3pm and there are no early teardowns unless given prior approval by event organizers.

Organizer Responsibilities (What We Provide) 

Counseling Connections for Change will provide:

  • One designated [10×10] booth, vendor, or food truck footprint
  • Venue coordination and on-site event management

Liability, Compliance & Agreement

Liability

  • Counseling Connections for Change is not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, or injury involving vendors, their staff, or property before, during, or after the event.

Insurance

  • Vendors are strongly encouraged to carry their own liability insurance.

Legal Compliance

  • Vendors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.

Right of Refusal

  • Event organizers reserve the right to deny participation or remove any vendor who fails to comply with event rules or whose conduct is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
  • Removal may occur without refund.
By submitting your registration, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to comply with all Chrome for a Cause vendor guidelines and event policies. This includes strict adherence to public safety rules and the absolute prohibition of alcohol on school property, as well as restrictions on outside food, coolers, and grills.
